Mrs. Christal
Director
A cherished member of CFCC since 2006, Christal brings nearly 20 years of experience and a heart for nurturing children. She loves building relationships with families and creating a classroom filled with joy. Her greatest hope is that every child feels safe, loved, and knows they are a child of God. Christal’s faith allows her to lead our staff with love and creates a supportive working environment.
Fun Fact: Christal is fluent in Spanish!
Mrs. Bethany
Assistant Director
With 14 years of childcare experience and a bachelor's degree in Deaf Education and Elementary Education, Bethany brings knowledge and a joyful heart to CFCC. She loves arts and crafts, building relationships with families, and helping children experience the love of Jesus while learning kindness and compassion.
Fun Fact: Bethany loves collecting fun, funky earrings and trinkets!
Mrs. Jenny
Assistant Director
With 12 years of childcare experience, Jenny brings creativity and a nurturing heart to CFCC. She loves art and believes every child deserves to feel safe, heard, and valued. Her faith guides her to teach with patience, kindness, and gentleness while creating a place where every child belongs.
Fun Fact: Jenny is an artist and musician who loves recreating Bob Ross paintings with her husband!
Ms. Ajah
Teacher
With five years of childcare experience, Ajah loves that every day brings something new! She encourages children to become independent, while reminding them it's always okay to ask for help. Her heart is to make every child feel seen, heard, and loved while sharing the love of Christ.
Fun Fact: Ajah is a self-proclaimed Disney adult and a kid at heart!
Ms. Amber
Teacher
For three years, Amber has enjoyed watching CFCC's littlest learners grow from babies into curious toddlers. She loves celebrating milestones, getting creative with arts and crafts, and helping every child feel loved and encouraged. Her faith inspires her to share the love of Jesus through the care she provides each day.
Fun Fact: Amber is a big Taylor Swift fan!
Ms. Anna Beth
Teacher
With three years of childcare experience, CPR certification, and experience working with individuals with special needs, Anna Beth loves helping children build confidence, independence, and communication skills. She strives to create a safe, loving classroom rooted in patience and compassion.
Fun Fact: Anna Beth married her high school sweetheart, and her son has been part of CFCC since infancy!
Ms. Ansley
Teacher
Ansley has been part of the CFCC family since May 2024 and loves watching children learn new things and reach exciting milestones. She enjoys building relationships with families and bringing fun into the classroom through bubbles and water play. Her faith reminds her to lead with patience and love, helping every child feel safe and cared for.
Fun Fact: Ansley dreamed of becoming a teacher when she was little!
Ms. Gracie
Teacher
Gracie brings laughter, kindness, and a playful spirit to CFCC! Having worked with children since she was young, she loves making each day fun through jokes and silly questions. Her faith encourages her to lead with compassion while teaching children the importance of being kind and caring.
Fun Fact: Gracie was born & raised right here in Mt. Juliet!
Ms. Greenlee
Teacher
With four years of childcare experience, Greenlee loves watching children discover new things, especially as they begin recognizing letters and numbers. She enjoys reading, crafts, and encouraging a love for learning. Her faith inspires her to care for children as Jesus would, helping them grow in kindness and confidence.

Ms. Lily
Teacher
Lily has spent much of her life serving in church nurseries and loves celebrating children's earliest milestones. Currently studying Theatre Education at Trevecca Nazarene University, she brings creativity into the classroom through music, singing, and dancing. Her faith encourages her to lead with patience and humility while helping little ones feel safe and loved.

Ms. Ryleigh
Teacher
As a floater at CFCC, Ryleigh enjoys getting to know children of all ages! She loves encouraging creativity through coloring and drawing and believes she learns just as much from the children as they learn from her. Her faith inspires her to lead with patience and kindness while helping every child feel loved.
Fun Fact: Ryleigh recently got engaged in Hawaii and is pursuing a degree in Criminal Psychology!
Mrs. Tanya
Cook
As CFCC's cook, Tanya helps keep little bellies full and little hearts happy! She brings kindness and care to mealtimes, believing that showing love and respect to others is an important part of serving. Her favorite part of CFCC is the people and the wonderful sense of community that makes the center feel like family.

Mrs. Tetyana
Teacher
Since 2018, Tetyana has brought joy, laughter, and a love for children to CFCC! With 12 years of childcare experience, she enjoys circle time, watching children discover new things, and celebrating their unique personalities. Her greatest hope is that every child experiences joy and knows how special and loved they are.
Fun Fact: Tetyana has a great sense of humor, when asked what she wanted to be when she grew up her answer, “Definitely not a teacher!” Haha!
Mr. Zach
Teacher
With a year and a half of childcare experience, Zach loves watching little personalities blossom and bringing fun into the classroom through science and music. He strives to make every child feel safe, included, and loved while sharing God's Word throughout the day. His favorite part of CFCC is the wonderful people and families who make it special.
Fun Fact: Zach is the oldest of seven siblings!
